Privacy notice
Plain and short: here's what happens to the information you send us.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we collect only what you type: your name, work email, phone number (if you choose to give it), company, which team you'd like help with, a short line about the problem, and your consent to be contacted. We don't use advertising trackers; any analytics we use are privacy-friendly and don't identify you personally.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and arrange your free 20-minute check. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the tools we use to store and respond to it (below).
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored securely in our database (Supabase) and may also be copied to a private spreadsheet (Google Sheets) that only our team can access, so we can respond to you. The site is hosted on Netlify. Each of these providers keeps your data on their own secure infrastructure.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to help you, and remove it when it's no longer needed.
How to request deletion
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it at any time. Just email sales@savesentry.in and we'll take care of it.
